Cloud PC requires a good and stable internet connection. Camera redirection is currently not supported, but we're working towards bringing this into a future update.

Ensure that your internet is stable and above 10mbps. Go to fast.com and take a screenshot of the speed. Record a video of your issue and share it with us alongside the speedtest result and the phone number you used to log on to PrimeX. We shall look into it.

Although the latest Cloud PC does not support printer connectivity, we may bring this feature in the times ahead.

Although the existing Cloud PC does not support storage or camera, we are working towards it and shall bring an update soon.

Although the Linux PC does not support games because the system doesn't have a GPU, the Windows PC, GPU version can, and it will be released soon.

No, Cloud PC subscription is not refundable after purchase. However, if you face disconnection issues or your Cloud PC is not working, you can reach out to the team. In case the issue arises despite meeting the minimum network requirements, we offer the service for an additional day at no extra cost.

We recommend a network speed of 20 Mbps and upwards for a smooth experience in Linux Cloud PC. For Windows, both CPU and GPU versions, the minimum network speed required will be updated upon full-fledged release.

If you're purchasing the Linux PC, you will get 4 vCPU, 20-30 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM. However, these are subject to change as we optimise user experience. So, ensure that you review the latest specifications from the support team.
